Railway: Poprad, being in the heart of Tatra Mountains, provides Cogwheel and Electronic Railway lines to move around this beautiful area. In these trains the Self-service ticket system is used. It means that the tickets must be bought in advance and marked directly by passengers in the trains. Three types of tickets can be used on the trains – single tickets, block tickets and prepaid tickets (24h, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month).
