Piktalent is the mobility brand of The Student Mobility SLU (Spanish tax ID CIF B90331588), with registered office at Calle Pelay Correa 81, 1, Sevilla, Spain. The Student Mobility SLU is the owner and operator of the websites under the www.piktalent.com domain (the “Site”) and delivers mobility, internship and recruitment services across Europe and the USA. In these Terms, “Piktalent”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Student Mobility SLU. For privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the piktalent.com website, our enquiry and quote forms, and any mobility, internship, recruitment or related service we provide. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to modify, without prior notice, the design, presentation and configuration of the Site, as well as some or all of the services offered, and to add new services at any time.

For the purpose of these Terms, an “Individual User” means any natural person — candidate, student, recent graduate or professional — who looks for non-labour internships or for services related to education, career orientation or training, and who uses the services of The Student Mobility SLU or accesses the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent / legal guardian or sending institution, to apply for any Piktalent programme. Institutional partners warrant that they are authorised to act on behalf of the students or staff they enrol.

The Student Mobility SLU does not publish job offers. We work with host companies and universities to help connect them with international students and institutions that may be interested in non-labour internship programmes aimed at completing the student’s education and professional development, including participation in European programmes such as Erasmus+. All such placements are non-labour by nature.

The Student Mobility SLU is not a placement agency and does not provide subcontracting services. Our role is strictly one of intermediation between participants, sending institutions and host organisations.

We do not issue internship agreements (convenios de prácticas) nor any other official documentation in our own name. The corresponding agreements are signed between the participant, the sending institution and the host organisation. Information published on the Site is provided for general orientation only, is non-binding, and The Student Mobility SLU accepts no responsibility for its use by third parties.

Information on the site is provided for general orientation and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quote or service agreement and you accept it. Programme availability, host placements, accommodation, language courses and pricing are confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Fees, payment schedules, refund rules and cancellation terms are set out in the specific service agreement issued to each participant or institution. Non-refundable booking fees, third-party costs (host, accommodation, insurance) and currency conversion charges may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

Participants agree to provide accurate information, hold the visas, insurance and documents required for their destination, comply with host-organisation rules and local laws, and behave respectfully throughout the placement. Piktalent may suspend or terminate a placement without refund if these obligations are seriously breached.

All content on piktalent.com — text, graphics, logos, photography, code and design — is owned by The Student Mobility SLU or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without prior written consent.

The site may link to external resources (host organisations, accommodation providers, partners). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites and recommend you review their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piktalent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud or gross negligence).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at piktalent.com/terms, with the last-updated date shown above. Material changes affecting active participants will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Seville, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-law protections in your country of residence.
