Šolski Center Krško–Sevnica's VET Mobility Program in Seville, Spain

The Šolski Center Krško–Sevnica, a vocational education institution in Slovenia, approached Piktalent to organise a mobility programme for their students in Seville, Spain. The programme covered three very different fields — Information Technology, Mechanics, and Hairdressing — each requiring a tailored approach to company matching.

Piktalent's Seville-based team identified and vetted host companies across all three sectors, ensuring each placement aligned with the students' learning outcomes and institutional requirements. From the initial briefing to final evaluation reports, every step was coordinated with the school's mobility coordinator.

Beyond the internship itself, Piktalent organised shared accommodation near the city centre, airport pick-ups, a welcome orientation covering Spanish workplace culture, and weekly check-ins with both students and host companies. A cultural integration programme — including city tours, language exchange meetups, and local events — helped participants fully immerse in the Seville experience.

The programme ran smoothly with no dropouts and overwhelmingly positive evaluations from all parties involved. The institution reported that students returned with measurably improved practical skills and renewed motivation for their VET studies.

On the documentation side, Piktalent issued the full Erasmus+ KA122 evidence pack: signed Learning Agreements, host attendance records, Europass Mobility documents, and individual evaluation reports keyed to each student's professional profile. The Slovenian coordinator received a single consolidated dossier rather than chasing separate documents from three different host companies — a difference that, according to the institution, cut their post-mobility administrative work by roughly half compared with previous self-organised exchanges.
