Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing new procedures and methods to improve service delivery.
• Compile reports on customer interactions for management review.
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate with appropriate departments to facilitate improvements.

Job Requirements

• Working towards or have completed a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is beneficial.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to handle criticism.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
