Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support the team in managing customer feedback and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company products and services.
  • Assist in the development of customer service protocols and guidelines to enhance service quality.

Job and Personal Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for tourism and hospitality with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
