Deposit Structure

• Direct Company Posts:

A deposit is required once your internship placement is confirmed but before the internship contract is signed. This guarantees your commitment to the placement and helps cover administrative efforts should there be a cancellation or alteration in plans.

• Amount and Conditions:

The deposit amount is standardized:

• 100 € for internships lasting less than 6 months.
• 150 € for internships lasting 6 months or longer.

These amounts are reflective of the administrative and operational costs involved in securing and confirming internships, particularly when quick replacements might be necessary.

Refund Policy

• Refund Conditions:

The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you 15 days after the start of your internship, assuming there are no breaches in agreement such as failing to show up or cancelling last minute.

In cases where the internship starts and proceeds as planned, you can expect a prompt and full refund, ensuring that your financial commitment is returned once your commitment to the internship is confirmed.
