Internship Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Intern to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of events. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Support the creation of event materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional content.
• Research potential event locations and suppliers to enhance event offerings.
• Participate in on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience.
• Monitor event budgets and assist in financial reporting.
• Collect feedback post-event to help improve future initiatives.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
