Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Management Intern to join our Padua team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about event planning and management, wishing to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the event planning team in organizing logistical elements of various events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and setup.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues and service providers.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media promotion and content creation.
• Help with client communication and provide support during events on-site.
• Maintain project documentation, tracking progress and budgets as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during events.
