• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Help manage event logistics including seating arrangements, audio-visual requirements, and catering services.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

Job Requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
