Internship Position: Event Management Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to join our vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry, working closely with seasoned professionals to execute high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, private parties, and exhibitions.
• Conduct research and support vendor selection, including venues, catering, and entertainment.
• Help manage event logistics, including schedules, equipment rentals, and on-site coordination.
• Support marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials for upcoming events.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is an advantage.
