Job Description

The events management intern will work directly with our Events Coordinator in planning, organizing and executing events. The intern will provide support in all phases, from conception to realization and post-event analysis. Tasks include:

• Assisting in event planning and design
• Coordinating vendors, venues, and other logistical details
• Maintaining and updating event databases
• Supporting social media strategy and public relations efforts
• Participating in site visits and planning meetings

Qualifications

Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, PR, Marketing, or a related field. The following skills are essential:

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• A proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
