With a strong e-commerce presence and an engaged international community, they focus on building brand awareness, growing their online community, and driving measurable sales growth through strategic digital marketing and targeted outreach.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across social platforms, including content calendar planning, content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance optimization.

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign building: strategy development, audience segmentation, asset production, channel activation, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Create, grow, and nurture an engaged online community through strategic content and active engagement.

  • Write, design, and send weekly/biweekly email newsletters and automated nurture sequences to convert subscribers and community members into leads and customers.

  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence with consistent and strategic content.

  • Execute targeted sales outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls when needed) to generate qualified leads and book demos/meetings, leveraging community insights to personalize communication.

  • Support general business functions such as sales enablement material creation, customer success coordination, basic operational tasks, and cross-functional project support.

  • Maintain CRM, community platforms, and marketing automation systems to ensure data accuracy and hygiene.

  • Stay up to date with platform best practices, competitor strategies, and community trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing with demonstrable results from social media, email marketing, outreach, community programs, and campaign execution.

  • Experience launching or growing an owned community and managing engagement programs.

  • Strong copywriting skills, including newsletters, outreach sequences, campaign content, and community communications.

  • Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools, community platforms, and email marketing platforms.

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, with experience booking meetings.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and iterate quickly.

  • Tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of basic business and online marketing tools.

  • Result-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable targets such as member growth and booked meetings.

Conditions
