As an English Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting lead teachers in delivering engaging English lessons to students of various levels.
• Assisting in the development and execution of interactive learning activities, ensuring they align with the curriculum.
• Facilitating conversation practice and providing feedback to students in a supportive manner.
• Preparing teaching materials, including digital resources and handouts.
• Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions to support students needing additional help.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, reporting insights to instructors.
• Organizing extracurricular activities and cultural events to promote language immersion.

Job and Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Native or near-native English proficiency; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is highly desirable.
