  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
  • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment by fostering student participation and engagement.
  • Help manage classroom behavior, implementing school policies and promoting respect and cooperation among students.
  • Assist in the integration of technology in the classroom, providing support to both teachers and students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Certification or degree in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and show initiative.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
