Job Description
Our collaborator manages a portfolio of stunning luxury apartments in the heart of Seville, offering guests an unforgettable experience in this captivating city.
They are looking for someone to assist with the customer service and offer exceptional customer care with guests before, during and after their stay.

Tasks
- The main tasks involve taking care of guests, including communication before during and after their stay. Being their go-to person for valued guests
- Create materials to guide guests during their stay, including city and apartment guides to help guests make the most of their trip.
- Manage check ins in the apartments where necessary and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Office, especially excel and word (basic knowledge).
- Advanced English and Spanish (French is considered a plus).
- Open, friendly, and approachable with a passion for service.
- Duration- flexible but ideally an availability of 6 months.
Conditions
- Monthly stipend of 200 euros/ month.
- Office in the heart of sunny Seville- next to the Cathedral.
Availability and hours
- Timetable: Thursday - Sunday, 5 hours each day.
- The timetable is subject to slight changes, you can expect between the hours of 13.00h a 20.00h.
