Position: Customer Service, Reception, and Booking Intern
Location: Seville
Duration: 3-5 months
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Reception: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, receiving mail and packages, and directing visitors to the appropriate resources.
Booking Assistance: Assist in managing student accommodation bookings, including coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and resolving booking-related issues.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the housing team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer service experience preferred but not required.
