Position: Customer Service, Reception, and Booking Intern
Location: Seville
Duration: 3-5 months
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
Reviewing apartments after guest departures
Helping supervise the cleaning staff and organizing cleaning schedules
Supporting with administrative tasks such as contracts, invoicing, and booking records
Communicating with clients via platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HousingAnywhere, and Idealista
Providing support in day-to-day operations of the student residence and other properties
Tasks may vary slightly depending on the student’s interests and background.
