Paid Marketing and Office Management Internship in Marbella, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator a rapidly growing energy drink brand that reaches over 45 countries all over the globe and sponsors the world’s top athletes. The company is looking for interns to join their international and hard-working team in their offices in Marbella, Spain.

Tasks

MARKETING

Support the team with:

- Market research (Global)

- Packaging competitor research and analysis, plus creative ideas and recommendations for product labels

- Product launches -  preparation of marketing materials and presentations

- Community Management on Global and Local pages

- Creative Content Pool maintenance 

- Brand Ambassador and Influencer Program

- Input on Media Strategy with focus on Social Media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

- Input on Content Creation Execution and Paid Media projects

- Social Media report and Social Media Performance 

- Assist in the preparation and coordination of photoshoots and videoshoots

- Assist in the organisation and execution of events and sampling activities

- Research potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities and prepare recommendations

- Research and explore new AI tools for marketing and share findings with the team

- Other marketing-related tasks and projects as they arise

 

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

- Administrative support on Office Management related fields such as shipments, invoicing and organisation of the day-to-day functioning of the Front desk

- Support in Travel Management, Event Management 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Senior EU student in a university program.
• Studies in Marketing or related fields.
• English and Spanish fluent.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Sage, and project management software like Asana.
• Minimum internship duration of 6 months.
• Effective communication.
• Teamwork and adaptability.
• Professional presence and strong organizational skills.

 

Conditions

• Remuneration: €500 net/month.

• Benefits: Experience in an international setting, working with a motivated team in a multicultural environment.

• Availability and hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).

  • Schedule: 10:00-19:00 from monday to friday with one hour lunch break (the company provides meal)

  • Start asap in January 2026

  • Based in Marbella, Spain, in a central, well-connected area with access to public transportation.
