Tasks Description:

• Help to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Participate in the development of customer service strategies that enhance customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the creation and update of FAQs and documentation for our customer service operations.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements for our services.
• Support in processing orders and managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and service metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Business, Communication, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
