Job Description

You will be instrumental in teaching English to students of all levels while assisting a lead teacher in planning and implementing curriculum activities. Prepare lesson materials, demonstrate conversational English, and help students to enhance their vocabulary and written communication skills. In addition to in-class duties, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as grading assignments and tracking student progress.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the planning and execution of English lessons in collaboration with the lead teacher.
- Participating actively in school meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement.
- Maintaining a well-managed classroom and promoting student participation in the learning environment.
- Grading student work and providing constructive feedback to promote their English proficiency.
- Supporting students individually to overcome difficulties they may encounter.

Job Requirements

- Native English Speaker or equivalent proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelor's degree is necessary; a degree in education, English, or linguistics is preferred.
- Experience in teaching English as a second language will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of the structure and content of the English language.
- Familiarity with various teaching aids and teaching methodologies.
