Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
