Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

Location: Évora, Portugal

Tasks Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Participate in the development of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize company events and team-building activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the implementation of new policies.
  • Provide administrative support and perform tasks as needed to enhance the HR department's efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
