Internship Opening - Reception / Reservations

We're seeking proactive, dedicated, and personable individuals to join our team of professionals. As an intern, you will directly contribute to our mission of delivering the best service to our distinguished clientele whilst boosting your own skills and knowledge within a multicultural environment.

Tasks Description

Your role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities and will offer you a comprehensive insight into customer relationship management. You will be handling reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting various departments for customer service excellence. Other responsibilities include managing and updating the reservation system, providing local information to guests, supporting the planning and these coordination of events, and facilitating smooth communication between all departments.

Job and Personal Requirements

Prior experience in reception/reservations or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not required. However, a customer-focused approach, communication proficiency, and good organizational skills are essential. You should be comfortable with technology and be able to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures. Proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of other languages, particularly Portuguese, will be an advantage.
