Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

Location: Faro, Portugal

Tasks Description

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, rates, and availability.
• Assist in managing the front desk, including the coordination of check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Support the development and implementation of customer service initiatives that enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with management to resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of bookings and guest information.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with reservation systems.
