Job Description
Your tasks will be wide-ranging, providing you with a holistic view of a career in Human Resources. Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting in recruitment activities - reviewing applications, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding new hires.
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ERP)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Personal Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
