Job Description

Your tasks will be wide-ranging, providing you with a holistic view of a career in Human Resources. Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting in recruitment activities - reviewing applications, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding new hires.
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ERP)
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Personal Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
