Teaching Assistant - Verona, Italy

Job Duties
- Support the teacher in creating and delivering engaging lessons to students ranging from 5-16 years
- Ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Monitor student behavior both in the classroom and during breaks, implementing behavioral strategies as instructed by the teacher
- Assist with setting up teaching resources and creating innovative teaching material
- Prepare students for tests and assessments, providing necessary feedback to the teacher
Job Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in education (or related discipline)
- Minimum of one year student teaching or approved internship required
- Fluency in both Italian and English languages
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and effective classroom practices
