Position: English Teaching Assistant
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons.
- Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized learning.
- Facilitate classroom activities and encourage student participation.
- Contribute to the creation of teaching materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
- Help organize extracurricular activities, such as language clubs and cultural events.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all ages.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies.
