Job Description

As a Spanish Teaching Assistant, you will support our lead instructors in delivering Italian and Spanish language courses to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of class materials and resources for lessons.
• Implementing interactive activities to enhance language acquisition, including role-playing and conversation practices.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
• Evaluating student progress and offering constructive feedback when necessary.
• Collaborating with teachers to adapt lesson plans and activities according to students' needs.
• Facilitating cultural exchange by organizing events or discussions centered around Spanish-speaking countries.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in Italian or English is highly desirable.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring languages, preferably in a classroom setting.
• A passion for language education and cultural exchange.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant educational background in languages, linguistics, or education is a plus.
