Job Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in developing lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the needs of students.
- Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Tutor individual or small groups of students, reinforcing skills and concepts taught in the classroom.
- Facilitate student engagement through interactive activities and provide guidance on academic projects.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behavior.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining student records.
- Encourage positive student interactions and assist in resolving conflicts that may arise in the classroom.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Education or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Experience in a teaching or tutoring role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and young adults.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
