Role Description:

We are currently looking for an intern to join our kitchen team. With hands-on training and guidance from our experienced culinary staff, the internship opportunity provides an in-depth insight into the bustling operations of a high-end dining establishment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the culinary team in food preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
• Supporting the chef in enhancing recipes and suggesting new ones
• Ensuring all food and health safety procedures are followed
• Contributing to creative menu development and presentation

Job Requirements:

Applicants should be currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field. Kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
