Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in English.
• Provide individual assistance to students during class work activities and actively engage in ensuring their continuous development.
• Coordinate and prepare educational materials such as handouts, homework assignments, and quizzes.
• Participate in interactive activities that encourage language practice and build student confidence.
• Monitor student performance, providing regular reports and updates to the lead teacher.
• Promote the school’s mission and vision both inside and outside the school environment.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Education, English, Linguistics or a related field.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in teaching English as a second language.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Resourcefulness in creating effective teaching strategies and materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment.
