Job Description
As an English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with lead teachers to support English language instruction. Your main tasks will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging and interactive English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- Facilitating conversation practice and providing one-on-one support to enhance students' speaking and listening skills.
- Helping in the creation of teaching materials and resources tailored to student needs.
- Conducting small group activities and tutoring sessions to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and students.
- Participating in extra-curricular events and cultural activities that promote language immersion.
Personal Requirements
- Fluency in English, native speakers preferred.
- A background in education, language studies, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and working with diverse student populations.
- Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience living or working abroad is a plus.
