Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with lead teachers to support a diverse range of students in improving their English language skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Tutoring students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
  • Creating and distributing educational materials, including worksheets and activities.
  • Facilitating language immersion activities to promote cultural exchange.
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and assisting in their progress tracking.
  • Organizing extracurricular events and cultural outings for students.

Job Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
