Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with lead teachers to support English language instruction. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging and interactive English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Facilitating conversation practice and providing one-on-one support to enhance students' speaking and listening skills.
• Helping in the creation of teaching materials and resources tailored to student needs.
• Conducting small group activities and tutoring sessions to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and students.
• Participating in extra-curricular events and cultural activities that promote language immersion.

Personal Requirements

• Fluency in English, native speakers preferred.
• A background in education, language studies, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and working with diverse student populations.
• Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience living or working abroad is a plus.
