Internship Opportunity – Events Coordinator Intern

Tasks

Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings.
Conduct venue and vendor research, including cost analysis and contract negotiation.
Assist in the implementation of event marketing strategies and attendee communication plans.
Work collaboratively with the project team to meet event objectives and deadlines.
Participate in on-site event management, which may require evening and weekend work.
Maintain a shared event calendar, coordinating with other departments to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

Applicants should possess or be pursuing a degree in event management, tourism, hospitality or a related field. Should possess outstanding communication and organizational skills, a high level of initiative and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English and Italian is a must, while additional language skills will be considered a plus.
