Role and Responsibilities

As a Reception/Reservations Specialist, you will act as the core interface between our clients and our services. Your duties will include:

- Efficiently managing reservations and cancellations.
- Providing welcoming customer service and handling guest inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and associated data.
- Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team to optimize occupancy rates.
- Continuous improvement of procedures and policies to maximize productivity.

Job Requirements

We seek candidates who are enthusiastic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The following are required for the role:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French- written and verbal.
- Familiarity with reservation software systems is a plus.
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite.
