Position Overview They are on the lookout for the very best translators to join their ever-expanding content team. If you’ve got talent, determination and ambition, combined with enthusiasm and a genuine desire for success, then you’ll be in good company. You’ll join our content team who are responsible for the delivery of all foreign language content across the websites and associated channels. Together you’ll translate content in your desired language tailored to Optimum customers. Their content translator internships runs for between 3 and 6 months. You’ll gain substantial exposure to different aspects of the business, such as sales and customer service.  All placements will be based at their Head Office  and will be full time, working 40 hours each week. Languages  they are looking for: You must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian onsibilities will include: Translating engaging and informative content from English into desired language across a variety of platforms. Translating our listings with 100% accuracy in order to maximise sales. Ensuring correct photos are uploaded and product categories are enabled. Updating and enhancing existing website copy and product information, adding value to already successful listings. Assisting with customer enquiries in your desired foreign language where necessary. What you'll need to show: A strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate proactiveness with a keen desire to learn. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic language qualifications It would be great if you have knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO, as well as an understanding of content management systems, however it is not essential and will be taught. You must be able to translate English written content into your desired language. We like to keep our application process simple and to the point.
