Job Description

As our Customer Service Intern, you will:

  • Provide first-level contact and deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage filing of records.
  • Track and follow up on customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to streamline processes and contribute to project initiatives.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services and become a brand advocate.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is currently enrolled in/completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • Has excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
  • Is adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Can balance the pressures of meeting targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Has previous customer service or office-based experience (preferred but not required).
