Job Description

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities. This includes helping to manage bookings and reservations, assisting the marketing team in promotional endeavours, participating in the planning and organization of events, liaising with vendors and suppliers, and assisting in the upkeep of top-notch service standards. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with guests, address their concerns promptly, and ensure their stay is memorable and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing specific cleanup, maintenance and room servicing schedules.
• Coordinating with the various departments to streamline operations.
• Assist in the coordination of events and banquets.
• Participation in frequent guest service initiatives.
• Involvement in updating hotel’s CRM system and handling booking processes.

Job Requirements

Candidates should ideally be studying Tourism, Business, Marketing or a related field, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and be comfortable working as part of a team. Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to multitask and cope with a fast-paced work environment are essential.
