Job Description
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments including Front Office, Guest Relations, Event Management, and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily operations and front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Supporting event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
