• Assisting the Concierge Team with guest queries regarding local attractions, reservations, and services
• Supporting our Event Management Team in coordinating corporate events and personal occasions
• Aiding our Marketing Department in promotional campaigns and strategic partnerships
• Engaging in Operational and Customer Service roles, to understand the holistic guest journey in the Hospitality sector

Job Requirements
