Position: Education / Teaching Assistant

Tasks Description

  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet students' diverse learning needs.
  • Support students in classroom activities, providing individual attention to enhance their understanding of subjects.
  • Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
  • Conduct small group teaching sessions to reinforce classroom learning objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assist in compiling reports as required.

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies that accommodate various learning styles and special needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a high school diploma, with a preference for a degree in education or child development.
  • Experience in a teaching or educational support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
