  • Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials, resources, and activities to enhance learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress and classroom behavior, providing feedback to teachers on student performance and well-being.
  • Help create a safe and supportive learning environment, addressing any emotional or academic challenges faced by students.
  • Encourage student participation and foster a positive attitude towards learning through active engagement.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure alignment of educational strategies and school initiatives.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications in education, child development, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience working with children in educational settings is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
