Job Description
Our collaborator is one of Spain’s leading English language academies, known for its dynamic team and immersive language programs. With academies located in vibrant cities and a strong international teaching staff, they offer a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a professional and supportive setting. Tasks
- Deliver English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
- Prepare for classes using provided materials, word blocks, grammar explanations, and lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and class attendance
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Lead and participate in children's activities, including games and hands-on learning sessions
- Supervise and assist with children’s lunches
- Walk children to and from their school as part of the daily routine (“kids walks”)
Requirements
- English at a native standard
- Have lived in an English-speaking country (Ireland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa) for at least 10 years
- Enrollment in a university or educational institution that can establish a Learning Agreement
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong ability to bring cultural background to life in the classroom
- A strong ability to bring your cultural background to life in the classroom by sharing traditions, customs, and everyday language from your home country.
- No prior teaching experience required — training provided
An applicant who does not meet these requirements will NOT be considered.
Conditions
- Monthly stipend of €850 for 20 hours/week, up to €1,200 for 30 hours/week

Availability and hours
- Internship duration: 6 months to 1 year.
- Internship positions available year-round, as the academy operates continuously throughout the year.
- 20 to 30 hours per week
- Working hours mainly from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:30, with one Saturday every three weeks from 09:00 to 14:00
- Rotating weekly schedules
