Job Description
As an Education/Teaching Assistant (EA/TA), you will support teachers by helping with supervisory duties and providing instruction in the classroom setting. This includes:
- Assisting teachers in creating lesson plans and materials aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Mentoring students one-on-one and in small groups, tailoring instruction to their individual needs.
- Assisting in maintaining classroom discipline and creating a positive learning environment.
- Contributing to the organisation of school events and activities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, assessments and attendance.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated individual with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or interest in working with children.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
