Job Description and Responsibilities

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in our educational community, providing essential support to our teachers whilst aiding our pupils in their daily learning activities. Duties include:

- Assisting teachers in lesson plan preparation and classroom management
- Providing one-to-one assistance to students who need extra support
- Helping with the organization and maintenance of teaching resources and classroom environment
- Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Helping to evaluate pupil progress and reporting it to the teacher
- Participating in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant field
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills – proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Demonstrable knowledge of modern teaching methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
