Role Description

As a Teaching Assistant, your primary goal is to create a conducive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of each student. You will be asked to assist in preparing engaging lesson materials, support the lead teacher by facilitating educational games and activities, and track each student's progress to provide feedback. Additionally, you are expected to promote a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and cultivates mutual respect among students.

Job Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, German Language Studies, or a similar field. Having a minimum of two years of classroom experience in a similar role is desirable. Fluency in German (native level) and English is mandatory. Candidates need to demonstrate a solid understanding of the German language, culture, and customs. A valid TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification is advantageous.
