Paid Business Development Internship in a multinational company in Seville, Spain

Job Description

Our collaborator is an innovative company specializing in helping individuals and entrepreneurs manage and resolve financial difficulties. They provide personalized debt solutions, including guidance through the Law of Second Chance and other financial programs, ensuring clients regain control of their finances efficiently. The company combines advanced digital tools with expert human support, using automated systems to generate and manage leads while maintaining a strong focus on customer care. Interns joining this team will gain valuable hands-on experience in business development, pre-sales, and client management, working closely with professionals to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Qualify leads generated by the automated calling system.
• Ensure that contacts are correctly assigned to the responsible sales representative.
• Redirect contacts to the most suitable program (e.g., Law of Second Chance or other available solutions).
• Learn to use and update the internal CRM system.
  Provide accurate information to optimize commercial follow-up and processes.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency.
• English is a plus
• Motivated to develop professionally and interested in potential employment after the internship.
• Minimum 5 months
• Availability to start as soon as possible.

Availability and hours:

• Full-time preferred (40h/week), flexible between 30–40 hours depending on educational requirements.
