  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
  • Help manage classroom behavior, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

  • Provide support during school outings and extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Understanding of child development and learning strategies.
